Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

  • 30-Day Window: You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions: Custom/final-sale items (if applicable) cannot be returned.
  • Process: Email support@alfrescogrill.shop with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method (via Stripe).
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.

3. Warranty Claims

  • 5-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required).
  • Process: Contact support for troubleshooting or replacement instructions.
  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
