Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) from our Colchester warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

We partner with DPD and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Large grills ship via pallet delivery. All orders include free UK shipping with 2-4 business day delivery after dispatch.

Contact us immediately at support@alfrescogrill.shop with your order number. We can often modify orders if they haven’t entered the shipping process.

Returns & Warranty

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Note: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 5 years from purchase. To claim:

  1. Email support@alfrescogrill.shop with photos/videos of the issue
  2. We’ll troubleshoot or authorize a return
  3. Repairs/replacements are shipped at our expense
