1. Returns
- 30-Day Window: You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Exceptions: Custom/final-sale items (if applicable) cannot be returned.
- Process: Email support@alfrescogrill.shop with your order number to initiate a return.
2. Refunds
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method (via Stripe).
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.
3. Warranty Claims
- 5-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required).
- Process: Contact support for troubleshooting or replacement instructions.
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
